The Mercedes G-Class has had some minor tweaks as it reaches its 30th birthday
Don’t get too excited, though. These are not exactly extensive, but then the G-Class has always been about slow development, not huge change. So trim levels stay the same, and you still have the choice of the G350 CDi, the G50 and the G55 AMG.

What’s new on Skoda’s Geneva Motor Show stand?Skoda launched its second-generation Superb, aimed at the mid-sized, middle class Mondeo market. It’s a handsome car, with more than a little 1990s BMW 5-Series in it – from the way the bonnet meets the headlight glass, to the famous ‘Hofmeister Kink’ in the C pillar. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
2012 Bentley Continental GTC - revealed ahead of Frankfurt
Bentley are busy updating their cars, a process which started with the new Bentley Mulsanne and carried on with the 2012 Continental GT this time last year. And now, just too late for summer, we get the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC – the one with the soft top. As you would hope, in an age when lightness and frugality are key, Bentley has managed to cut the weight of the new Continental GT – but only by 70kg over the current model.
